What are your plans after graduation?
“After graduation, I plan to take a gap year and enter the workforce.”
What sports, clubs, or activities have you been involved in? Any awards or special recognitions?
“Throughout my time at Mount Calvary, I’ve been on the basketball team and participated in theater.”
What advice do you have for younger students?
“My advice for younger students is to always take the opportunities you get and make sure you’re trying new things all the time. Even as a senior, I’m always trying new things; recently, I auditioned for my first musical, and I’ve been having a great time doing it, and I’m glad I took that opportunity. Always try new things!“
How have the teachers at MCCS made an impact on your life?
“A teacher at Mount Calvary who has made an impact on my life was Mr. Ierley. He really taught me to make my faith my own and to experience God in so many ways.”
What has God been teaching you lately?
“One thing God has been teaching me this year is to be grateful for everything; that gratefulness always ends up turning into joy in my life.”
What special or unique opportunities has MCCS given you?
“My teacher internship has allowed me to work one-on-one with the kids and get to know them and build relationships with them. God has really used this to show me where He has me in this next season.”
What is something you will miss about MCCS?
“Some things I’ll miss about MCCS are my basketball team – celebrating in the locker room, my theater friends, and my dance battles with Mrs. Aument!”
