What are your plans after graduation?
“After high school, I plan to go to college and major in exercise science, and then from there I can go into becoming a strength and conditioning coach.”
What classes have helped you toward your potential career goal?
“Right now, I’m taking anatomy, and I’ve also taken Volt the last four years which has helped me as well.”
What sports, clubs, or activities have you been involved in? Any awards or special recognitions?
“During my 14 years here at Mount Calvary, I’ve been able to participate in soccer, where I’ve been recognized as a 1st Team All-Conference member. I’ve played basketball as well. I’ve also been a part of National Honor Society as well as Student Council, where I serve as the vice-president.”
How have the teachers at MCCS made an impact on your life?
“At Mount Calvary, I’ve been really impacted by all the teachers who have pushed me to really grow both spiritually and academically and just as a person in general. The most notable teachers would be Mrs. Augment and Mr. Pruner who have done the most to help me in my life.”
What has God been teaching you?
“Something that I’ve been learning and have learned throughout this year and all my years here at Mount Calvary is leadership and how to lead with a Christ-like example. All of my teachers have pushed me to lead in that way.”
Do you have any advice for younger students?
“Cherish your years that you have and try to live like Christ and his example that He gave for us on the cross.”
