EITC Student Scholarships – Spring Cycle Now Open!

At Mount Calvary, it is our goal to maximize opportunities for students to receive Christian education. We accomplish this in a number of different ways, but a primary method is through the PA Educational Improvement Tax Credit program (EITC) which provides need-based scholarships.

Through EITC, a small gift multiplies itself ten times toward MCCS scholarships!

Now is a great opportunity to consider reallocating your 2025 state tax liability for student scholarships at MCCS instead of paying it to the state. The PA EITC program allows you to control your state tax dollars, and the state will credit back 90% of that reallocation amount.

Grab your PA Form 40, and see line 12 for your most recent state tax liability. You can donate up to that amount to a Special Purpose Entity, LLC, and they will redirect the donation to MCCS for scholarships. During the following year, the state will refund you 90% of the donation amount.

This is a ten times return on a simple investment that makes a significant impact on our students and helps to fulfill the mission of Mount Calvary Christian School.
