Mount Calvary Christian School

Molding Children for Christ's Service

Welcome!

Our senior high students have many opportunities for Christian service and leadership. They lead all chapel worship and have opportunities to put on skits or teach during the special holiday chapels. There are annual high school service projects as well as service hour requirements for every grade.

Our high school academics meet high standards and our students have many opportunities for elective courses in art, computer, band, choir, handbells, and digital photography. Our yearbook is totally student-created, and the editor is also a student.

Each class elects two representatives (4 for senior class) to our student council, which has the responsibility for the planning and organization of student body activities and service projects. These activities include homecoming events, the Thanksgiving food drive, Valentine flower sale, Spirit week, milkshake day, and Faschnacht day. Each class also elects a president, vice president, secretary, treasurer, and chaplain. These officers work closely with the class advisor over the years for auction stand work, class lunch, the Junior/Senior Banquet, graduation, and the senior class trip.

High School students with an excellent school record academically and behaviorally are also invited to apply for membership in the National Honor Society.
