Mt. Calvary Christian School believes that each student has been given special talents and gifts. Those that are gifted in the performing arts have many opportunities to develop these gifts and participate in a variety of performances in school as well as in the community.
Our drama and musical performances are all carefully planned to glorify God. MCCS's handbell choir and choruses have won many awards over the past several years. The instrumental program begins in 5th grade and is growing into a solid and exciting program. A drama production (musical or play) is produced in the spring of each year. Students also have many options for participating in special small or large instrumental or choral groups.
Private lessons for voice, piano, and instruments are available through the school.
Art Classes for the elementary and middle school are a part of the curriculum. At the High School level, these courses are elective and offered for all four years.
