Since 1976, when Mount Calvary Church established MCCS, it has been committed to providing the best in Christian education at an affordable fee. Not charging full tuition, MCCS has relied on the generosity of church members, school families, the community, and area businesses who all serve as investors in its mission and vision. The school has been very blessed!
Three Ways to Support MCCS
Prayer: The school began with prayerful planning and continues to be guided by a prayerful administration team and committees. We welcome prayer warriors. Each issue of The Shield includes a prayer and praise list. There are many ways the school can be supported through various prayers. Contact Jared Griest if you are interested in joining our prayer team. Please continue to keep the students, teachers, and administrators in your prayers.
Volunteer: Without an army of faithful volunteers many events at the school would not be successful. From the year-long planning of the auction, to weekly shifts in the school cafeteria, to helping with elementary parties, there are many opportunities to become involved. Financial: MCCS would not continue to exist without the financial support of our many friends. Financial support ensures that MCCS will continue to provide excellence in the classroom, on the athletic field, and on the stage. There are many ways to donate to MCCS beyond a cash donation.
- Businesses can earn tax credits and support MCCS students by participating in the EITC program. Please see that section of the website for more information.
- The estate planning section of the website provides information on how you can not only leave a legacy to your loved ones, but also leave a legacy at MCCS through sound financial planning. MCCS has partnered with Ambassador Advisors, LLC to guide our friends in this process.
- Since the school needs to raise funds each year to “fill the gap” between tuition charged and budget allotments, the school has several fund-raising events throughout the year. Visit the events section to get more details.
